Chillax Group
Finance
At Chillax Group we have access to over 50 Residential Lenders, and over 40 Commercial Lenders. Why is this important? Because it gives you choice. Every lender has different policy niches, differing serviceability calculators meaning that your Borrowing Capacity will vary between lenders, as well as pricing specials at differing times. Competition also ensures the margins lenders make on the interest rates they offer is minimised. We pride ourselves on providing a thorough analysis in a timely manner while building a strong rapport with your clients throughout the process.
The process…
- Step 1. We conduct a phone appointment to get an idea of what you’re trying to achieve and what your current circumstances are. It can take a significant time to get your financials in order to qualify for a loan, so don’t be disheartened if the time isn’t right. We’ll make suggestions and give tips on how to get ready.
- Step 2. We send a list of documents required to provide a thorough analysis of your financials and what you’re trying to achieve
- Step 3. We provide you lender options and recommendations but ultimately the decision is yours as to which lender you prefer. We’ll call or zoom to discuss and outline the process from here.
- Step 4. Obtain a Pre-approval for a purchase or lodge an application to refinance.
- Step 5. Refinances: Once you’ve obtained an Unconditional offer, loan documents are issued. We assist with any questions you have regarding documents you’ve received
Purchases: Once you’ve obtained a fully executed COS, we amend the Pre-Approval as required, order a valuation and provided any updated documentation the lender requires. - Step 6.Refinances: Settlement 😊 Congratulations!

Vendor Advocacy
Unless you have a close connection with a local Estate Agent, choosing the right agent to sell your home can be a difficult decision. And despite your contacts, are they the right agent to sell your home? It’s essential to choose the right agent to ensure you obtain the best sale outcome, as well as not overpaying in fees. There is no cost to you for this service.
After establishing your motives to sell and requirements (settlement timeframe, expectations from an agent), we educate you throughout the process and are always only a phone call away. We assist you with the following:
- Creating a shortlist of agents for you to consider. We negotiate the most favourable terms and commission structure available to you for your sale
- Provide marketing support on strategies to maximise your sale. We communicate with you and the selling agent throughout the campaign
- Support on auction day, negotiating if required
- Guiding you through the settlement process
